The ELS JONCS FOUNDATION is an entity that is included in those regulated by article 16 of Law 49/2002 of 23 December on the “tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage” and therefore donations made may benefit from the tax incentives set out in Articles 19, 20 and 21 of the said Act.

You can make a donation by filling out this form, or you can download this document and send it scanned by e-mail to fundacio@elsjoncs.org or also on paper by post to Fundació Els Joncs, c / Xuncla, 20, 17840 Sarrià de Ter.

We will send you a statement of the donations received each year and you will be invited to a conference where you will be able to see the destination of your contribution and get to know our projects first hand.

    For donations of more than 100 euros, in compliance with Law 10/2010, of 28 April, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, in the case of an individual you must attach a copy of your DNI , residence card or other identification document and by legal entities copy of NIF or other public document that identifies the entity.
